Shipping


We deliver to addresses within UK mainland only. All orders are shipped via next-day delivery, with London addresses having insured next day delivery. A flat rate shipping fee of £5 applies to every order.

Damaged Flowers

​

If your flowers arrive damaged, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible—ideally as close to the delivery time as you can. To help us resolve the issue quickly, send a clear photo of the damaged flowers. Notification and photos must be received by noon (12pm) on the day of delivery in order to qualify for a replacement bouquet. Once we confirm the damage on our end, we will send a replacement bouquet at no extra cost. We are not responsible for damages done by drivers or recipients however, we can offer a discount on your future purchase in this event.
